We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to bridge the gap between user experience, technology and the rest of the team!


As Senior Product Manager, you will ensure that our app continues to offer innovative and effective self-service financial advisory. And that the tech to support the end-to-end customer journey is aligned with the needs across the organisation mainly in Marketing, Customer Support and Financial Advisory. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, design, marketing, customer service and financial advisory to prioritise, develop, and implement features that align with our product vision. 


You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle – from concept and development to launch and iteration – all while maintaining a deep focus on user impact, financial regulation and alignment with the technical architecture.


You will:

  • Product Roadmap: Own the product roadmap for the app’s technical features, working with stakeholders to align on business goals and customer needs. We work 2 week sprints with bi-weekly Mondays planning with Dom Friday Demo
  • Feature Development: Translate product vision and user feedback into detailed stories and with the designers and tech team refine these to technical requirements, ensuring that developers have clear, actionable tasks.
  • Product and Feature Compliance: Ensure that all features complies with the Dreamplan FCA licences and other legislation (IT-security, GDPR and other relevant national and EU regulation)
  • User-Centric Approach: Use data and customer feedback to inform product decisions, continuously enhancing the user experience and app performance.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics platforms to monitor key product metrics and performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and present actionable insights to the leadership team.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market needs, and competitor offerings to keep the product competitive and innovative.
  • Cross-functional: You will collaborate with all colleagues across the customer journey from marketing over tech to human advisory to ensure a seamless development and launch of new features and enhancements.


You have:

  • Solid understanding of building platform products. 
  • Product Management Experience: experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner driving development sprints together with very skilled Tech and Data leads
  • Product Management Skills: Proven experience managing product development cycles, including developing prototypes with the ux/design team and using these as basis for user stories. 
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate non-technical concepts to technical stakeholders and vice versa.
  • Analytical Thinking: Proficient in using data and analytics to make informed product decisions. 
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively about complex technical challenges and find user-centred solutions.
  • Passion for opportunities: Enthusiasm for the possibilities in technology, with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the helping democratise financial advice
